Order has failed
Did you not receive an order confirmation? Or can you not find your order in your account? Then there probably went something wrong. No need to worry - we'll help solve this! There are a couple of reasons your order might have failed, such as...
Did place your order with iDeal? Then it can take up to half an hour to process your order. This mainly happens if you immediately close your browser after paying without returning to our website.
If this isn't the case, maybe you'll recognize in one of the following situations:
You can't find your order, but you did receive an order confirmation
Your order isn't visible yet at My Orders, but you did receive an order confirmation. No worries - your order will probably show up in the next hour. If this isn't the case, please contact us.
You can't find your order, and you also didn't receive an order confirmation
Your order is not visible at My Orders, and you also didn't receive an order confirmation. Unfortunately, this means that we weren't able to properly process your order, so please place your order again. If your order payment has already gone through, please send us a message. We'll be able to give you a full refund or transfer the amount to your new order.
