If you'd like to refund your product, please download our Return Form here. Print out the Return Form, and send it to us with your product.
If all the items you ordered are available today, you can expect to receive your order 1-5 working days following confirmation of an order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays. Please allow an additional 4 days for rural postcodes, and another 5 days for countries outside of the Netherlands.
The shipping cost is depends on the size and weight of your package, and the country you live in. There is no extra charge if a single order results in subsequent deliveries.
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order with your tracking code.
My order hasn't arrived, could you tell me where it is?
Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If your order has been sent on a trackable service, all you need to do is use your tracking code.If your estimated delivery date has passed, and there aren't any known delivery delays, contact our Customer Care team so we can help you further.
If your problem isn't listed here, please contact out Customer Care team with the order number, and a description of the problem, and your ordernumber. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can to resolve it for you.
